Welcome to Auvira. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the business relationship between Auvira ("Auvira", "we", "us", or "our") and each organization or business entity ("Client" or "you"). By accessing or using the Auvira platform or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

1. Scope & B2B Nature

Auvira operates strictly as a B2B (Business-to-Business) platform. Our services are designed for organizations, not individual consumers. Terms, pricing, and service commitments may vary case by case based on your business requirements, chosen integrations, and custom automations outlined in your onboarding or service agreement.

2. Definitions

  • Platform: The Auvira software suite, APIs, integrations (e.g., SMS, Google, Payments), and AI systems.
  • Client: Any company, clinic, firm, or organization that subscribes to Auvira services.
  • End Customer: The Client’s customer who interacts with Auvira on behalf of the Client (e.g., callers, chat users).
  • Customization: Any workflow, script, or integration tailored specifically to a Client’s operational process.

3. Use of Service

You agree to use Auvira solely for lawful, business-related activities. You are responsible for the accuracy of your business data, service descriptions, and maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials and integration keys.

4. Customizations & Case-Specific Terms

Since Auvira provides AI automation and workflow systems customized per sector, certain terms may be modified by mutual agreement. Specific configurations (such as call routing, payment flow, or document handling) will be documented in your service proposal or Statement of Work (SOW). These customized terms override general clauses where explicitly stated.

5. AI Conversations & Automation

Auvira employs AI to automate voice, chat, and task workflows. Calls and messages may be recorded, analyzed, or transcribed to improve quality and performance. AI-generated responses are suggestive in nature; Clients remain solely responsible for final business actions and communications.

6. Payments & Billing

All subscriptions and service fees are billed through Stripe or authorized payment partners. Payment frequency, cancellation terms, and refund eligibility depend on your selected plan or custom agreement. Clients are responsible for applicable VAT or local taxes.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Auvira integrates with multiple third-party tools. Each provider’s terms and service levels apply independently. Auvira is not responsible for downtime, rate changes, or policy revisions from third parties.

8. Data Security & Privacy

Auvira employs enterprise-grade security measures, including encryption in transit and at rest. Clients own their data and customer records. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on data usage and retention.

9. Intellectual Property

Auvira retains ownership of its platform, technology, designs, AI models, and documentation. Clients retain rights to their business data, recordings, and content uploaded to or generated through the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUVIRA IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES. AUVIRA IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING LOST REVENUE, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.

11. Termination & Account Suspension

Auvira reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, payment failures, or violation of policies. Access to data post-termination is subject to written request and data export procedures outlined in your service plan.

12. Modifications to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect legal, technical, or service-related changes. Material updates will be notified via email or platform dashboard. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith communication with Auvira before pursuing legal channels in the UAE courts.
